6 year old agave plants harvested the ancestral way, cooked in masonry ovens, crushed with tahona stone, fermented with wood and stainless steel, distilled in copper and stainless and then rested for 12 weeks in ex-whiskey barrels
Rich fruits, butterscotch, and agave on the nose, on the palate is sweet cooked agave notes
