Crispy on the outside, warm and tender on the inside, and generously filled with rich, velvety caramel that melts in your mouth with every bite. It's a flavor experience that's utterly unforgettable. What makes it even more special is that it's 100% gluten-free, a rare and thoughtful touch that means the world to someone like me. I made the trip all the way from Victoria just to have it not just twice but three times! It was absolutely worth it. The entire menu is bursting with bold flavors, but the churro was the showstopper, the finale, the crown jewel. If you have dietary restrictions, or even if you don't, do yourself a favor and try this churro. It's more than a dessert. It's a celebration of flavor! Bravo, Cuchillo. You've set a new standard.
