100% blue weber agave tequila that is from the highlands of Jesus Maria in Jalisco
Agave harvested the ancestral way, cooked in masonry ovens, crushed with Tahona stone, fermented in wood and stainless steel pots, distilled in copper and stainless steel
Rested for 12 months in ex-whiskey barrels 
Aged to build depth but not have the oak over take any of the flavor. On the nose presents honey, butter amd roasted agave.
