Sourced from a 1.5-hectare vineyard of 80-year-old vines in clay and river pebble soils, surrounded by Mediterranean forest at 200 meters elevation. The grapes undergo 20 days of skin fermentation, age for six months, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered. Limited to 225 cases, this wine is a testament to artisanal winemaking, offering a bold expression of its terroir.
