Using the "Mozart Method" classical music is played during fermentation, deepening the connection between the agave and yeast. The tequila is combined at still-strength, filtered through volcanic rocks, and bottled without dilution at a robust 109 proof (54.5% ABV), preserving its rich and bold character.
