"Dick Piq," is a distinctive and playful beverage that blurs the lines between wine and beer. Crafted in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, this piquette is made by rehydrating freshly pressed Riesling grape skins with water, initiating a secondary fermentation. To enhance its unique profile, the producers incorporate lactose for added body and Celestial Cherry White Tea from ChaiBaba in Kelowna. A touch of local honey from Okanagan Wildbush is added for can conditioning, resulting in a slightly sparkling, off-dry beverage with an alcohol content of 7.6% ABV.
