Made using 7 year matured Angustifolia Agave in the region of El Camaron Yautepec
Agave was cooked in a Conical earthen oven for 6 days with mesquite and juniper wood, crushed with a horse drawn stone mill tahona and then fermented in Awewete wood barrels naturally, double distilled in clay pots
