Manuscrito Reposado (Chapter Three) is the brand's first aged expression, designed to preserve the bright, cooked agave character of the Blanco while adding subtle richness from barrel aging. 100% Blue Weber agave from a single estate in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco. Produced at El Sabino Distillery (NOM 1643) Traditional production methods include brick ovens, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation with agave fibers, and copper pot distillation.
Aged for just over 3 months in ex-Chardonnay French oak barrels, giving it a lighter, more elegant oak influence than the bourbon barrels commonly used for reposados.
