Manuscrito Reposado High Proof (Chapter Four) is the newest expression in the Manuscrito lineup and essentially takes everything that makes the standard Reposado appealing and turns up the intensity. A true high-proof sipping tequila that still emphasizes agave rather than overwhelming oak.

Like the rest of the Manuscrito range, it is made using traditional methods:
100% Blue Weber agave from a single estate in the Highlands of Jalisco
Produced at El Sabino Distillery (NOM 1643) 
Brick oven cooked for 48 hours
Roller mill extraction 
Open-air fermentation with agave fibers and native yeast
Double distilled in copper pot stills
Aged 3+ months in ex-Chardonnay French oak barrels
