Manuscrito Blanco (Chapter One) is a premium, single estate additive-free 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the Los Altos (Highlands) of Jalisco, Mexico. 
Stone/brick ovens cook the agave for about 48 hours.
Roller mill extraction using deep-well water.
Open-air fermentation with native yeast and agave fibers.
Double distillation in copper pot stills.
