This is from the López family, four generations of agave cultivation experience at their estate "El Sabino in los Altos de Jalisco region. This tequila is made in masonry ovens with tahona extraction and fermentation in both wooden and stainless-steel tanks. Distillation is done in copper and stainless-steel pots (2x distilled) with deep well water. López reposado has, much like the blanco, a stronger smell of pure sweet, cooked agave.
Rests for three to six months in American oak barrels
