Rooted in the highlands of Jalisco, this blanco tequila is crafted to highlight the pure, unaged character of blue agave. Made from 100 percent blue agave grown in the Arandas region, the spirit presents a clean and vibrant profile that emphasizes freshness and clarity. This tequila is made in masonry ovens with tahona extraction and fermentation in both wooden and stainless-steel tanks. Distillation is done in copper and stainless-steel pots (2x distilled) with deep well water. 
Aromas show cooked agave, citrus peel, and fresh herbal notes, leading into a palate that delivers agave sweetness, hints of white pepper, and a subtle mineral edge
