Skin on fermentation for one week, then the grapes are transferred to a concrete tank while the pressed part goes to old 500L barrels to age for 9 months. 
Ancestral Organic wine that has not been filtered, clarified or stabilized. A pure Grenache. 
An aromatic wine with lots of personality... The nose is medium- intense, with good aging notes of ripe white fruit, floral, fennel, and quince
In the mouth it is fresh, and structured with good acidity.
