Fortaleza's Winter Blend 2024 is a limited-edition reposado tequila that showcases the brand's dedication to traditional production methods and innovative aging techniques, with only about 10,400 bottles produced. (46.5% ABV) Crafted in Jalisco, the production process begins with Fortaleza's still-strength blanco being rested in French oak barrels that held Spanish cream sherry for 8 months, then blended with a reposado tequila aged in heavily used American bourbon barrels for 3 to 10 months.
Aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and rich sherry, complemented by undertones of oak and soft spices.
Has a harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors, including creamy sherry notes, toasted caramel, earthy agave, and a hint of cinnamon spice with a long, warm finish with lingering notes of oak, dried fruit, and a touch of sherry sweetness.
