Crafted by Tequila Fortaleza, a brand over 140 years old and all additive free. Sourced from the Tequila Valley, made with 100% blue agave. Cooked in stone/brick ovens, crushed using a 2-ton tahona stone. Natural fermentation in open-air wood tanks and double distilled in traditional copper pots. ​ Matured for 18 months in American oak barrels.
Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, and cooked agave dominate the nose, with subtle hints of pineapple, peach, orange blossom, nutmeg, and raisin. ​ Rich notes of cooked agave, butterscotch, caramel, toffee, citrus, and hazelnuts create a complex and delightful taste experience. ​
