Made from 7 year old Blue Weber agave grown in high-altitude iron-rich soil in the Altos of Jalisco. Aging adds notes of oak and baking spice to spirit. The cooked pear, citrus and vanilla notes are further pronounced. Smooth finish with a bright flavour.
