El Jolgorio, meaning "the revelry," embodies Oaxaca's mountain village festivals that mark life's milestones with traditional mezcal. Starting in 2010, the Cortés family united leading mezcal makers, and by 2019, represented 16 families across 10 Oaxacan regions.
