El Disfrute Raicilla Solis is a coastal-style, ancestral Raicilla. It belongs to the coastal class of the spirit, which typically yields bolder, more intensely tropical profiles than its mountain-grown (de la sierra) counterparts using Angustifolia and Rhodacantha agave that is 8-10 years old.
Cooked in underground conical pit ovens, crushed entirely by hand with wooden mallets, fermented naturally with yeast is food safe plastic vats
