Cascahuin Tahona Blanco

Blue Weber agave from the Tequila Valley is cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, then the agave hearts are crushed with a 'tahona' - a wheel made from volcanic rock. Spring water is then added to the crushed agave. It is then fermented using wild yeast in a cement tank. Made traditionally producing an unadulterated, additive-free agave spirit. 42% ABV
