The Orígenes / Espíritu Fuerte high-proof line is fermented with a portion of agave fibers left in the tank, giving it a rustic, lactic, and herbaceous complexity reminiscent of historic tequila and mezcal.
Rested in used American white oak ex-bourbon barrels (with special editions or batches varying between 3 to nearly 7 months depending on the specific release)
