A low alcohol beverage made from Gewurztraminer and Foch grapes. Organic golden apples were basket pressed then left on Pinot Noir skins to ferment while organic empress plums were aged for 18 months in neutral oak. Combining the two fruits give it a very refreshing aroma of yuzu and yellow plum with a spritzy taste of rasberry and boysenberry that will make it your summer staple.
