LALO's promise to the craft is by creating tequilas in the truest form, with only the three ingredients needed; water, agave and yeast. 

Aroma: Fresh cooked agave, complemented by hints of citrus, light pepper, and subtle herbal nuances like mint and earthiness. 
Palate: Sweet agave flavors with notes of lime zest, minerals, and a touch of black pepper. Some tasters also detect creamy and buttery textures, along with hints of bell peppers and lemon zest. 
Finish: Long and warm, with lingering sweet agave and a slight peppery kick.
