There was two barrels made of this Cabernet Franc from grapes grown on the Three Boys Vineyard. The wine was handpicked and fermented in stainless steel before aging on neutral oak for 22 months. Assembled in May and hand-bottled and waxed dipped. Aromatics of ripe, brambly berries with hints of bell pepper and bittersweet chocolate. This wine is full-bodied, with good structure and a grippy finish
